Jonas Ravelid (2018)
Jonas is currently carrying out his master's project in the Spray Imaging Group. The aim of Jonas' project is to develop a three-dimensional spectrometer, by incorporating a method called coded aperture into a spectrometer.
David Frantz (2017)
David is currently carrying out his master's project in the Spray Imaging Group. His project is to further develop the SIF technique that was recently developed by the Spray Imaging Group.
Miaoxin Gong (2017)
Miaoxin is currently carrying out her bachelor's project in the Spray Imaging Group. The aim of Miaoxin's project is to test a special-designed fiber for periodic shadowing.
Jeremias Püls (2016)
Jeremias carried out his master's project in 2015, working on imaging within scattering media using a technique called two-photon excitation. Two-photon excitation could potentially improve the visibility in turbid media since it creates only a signal where the photon density is sufficiently high, i.e. where the light is focused.
Sukant Chaudhry (2015-2016)
Sukant carried out his master's project in 2015-2016. His project was to investigate an ultra-sensitive spectrometer based on the periodic shadowing technique in conjunction with a digital micromirror device.
Timo Tscharntke (2015)
Timo carried out his master's project in 2015, working on developing a method for X-ray dosimetry. Currently, this is commonly performed using MRI techniques, which is both costly and time-consuming. Timo's project aimed at investigating the potential of using SLIPI-scan as a more cost-efficient alternative.
Jonas Ravelid (2014)
Jonas carried out his bachelor's project in 2014, where he investigated how to optimize the periodic shadowing technique.
